Segal Origins

Segal Concrete & Construction was founded in Denver Colorado in 2016. We have been providing the greater Denver area with residential and commercial concrete services ever since. We take pride in offering our customers high quality work at competitive rates to go along with our friendly service that puts our customer’s satisfaction first. Our crews have an extensive amount of experience, both in residential and commercial concrete and construction. This allows us to offer our customers a vast collection of creative and efficient solutions to any project. Recycling Pledge

Rest Assured, Segal Concrete recycles all of its excess concrete to ensure efficiency of use and reduce waste. It all begins by utilizing recycled concrete and ensuring that any excess for each job is restored back into the recycled process.

    Just had a new driveway and monolithic slab put in by these guys. Great experience from beginning to end, from Dakota coming down to discuss and give me a quote, to the cleanup crew leaving everything looking great.     We loved worked with Max and his crew on our front porch and new cement driveway. He was timely and very communicative, and always keep us looped in if things shifted or if we had pending questions. They were fast and efficient, and paid attention to details. If we had any concerns or things we needed shifted they fixed them immediately and made sure it was to our liking.     My garage and driveway were sunken in. It looked terrible, was always dirty, and didn’t drain well. Still, a new garage and driveway were a lot of cash! I looked into mudjacking but that seemed like a bandaid when I needed a full fix. My home value, durability, esthetics and usage needs all said to rip it up and replace.

I got a handful of quotes from concrete companies in the area, only picking ones with a legit business license. The costs were similar across companies, but Segal stood out immediately in that they did what they said they would do and always communicated. They sent out their project manager, Dakota, within 24 hours of me contacting them. He was professional and on time and that precedent set the tone for everything else that happened with Segal. He measured everything and told me exactly how they’d address the sunken parts. Then he had a quote to me on letterhead the next day. Reassuring. Then he followed up with me via text. They were ready to get my project scheduled promptly but life got busy and I still had questions. Dakota answered all of them and flexed with my needed timeframe. When I was ready, he put me on the schedule for the next week and told me exactly what to expect. On the scheduled day, the Segal crew arrived ON TIME and I got introduced to the crew leader, Jesus. He was friendly and communicative and didn’t mind my nitpicky questions at all. He also told me exactly what was going to happen. The Segal crew:

- was all approachable if I flagged someone down during work (nice to the dog, too)
- worked really quickly, finishing everything (knock out, clean up, pour) within two days with time to spare
- moved vehicles and equipment efficiently so the road and sidewalk weren’t blocked more than necessary (good for neighbor relations!)
- cleaned up after themselves; no issues with trash or tracked messes for me to deal with afterwards

My results are beautiful, an instant increase in curb appeal AND my garage isn’t pooling dirty water anymore! I’ll be able to shovel properly!  They reinforced everything with rebar, added entrained air to deal with freeze-thaw cycles (I am told), and the finished product is rated to 4000 psi in a brushed (non slippery) checkerboard pattern to ease shifting over time.

This was a lot of money, ngl, but I feel like the investment was totally worth it as now any landscaping or siding projects will look that much better. For this kind of project you want to get treated as a person and not jerked around. Segal 100% makes this decision feel good. Highly recommend for a headache-free experience!

    Max offered me the best price out of any concrete company in the area BY FAR. He was super responsive, courteous, and flexible in arranging our project schedule and his team worked extremely quickly with a high quality work product.     Segal Concrete is Respectful, Professional ,Quality, Hardworking, Concrete Sculptors Artists they care about their product .Dakota showed up in morning I had estimate that afternoon after I made changes we had a deal a good price and a start date . Could not ask for a more experienced respectful caring hardworking Happy crew they made it a positive experience for me. Thank you Jesus, Bryan, max and Oscar an Elite crew me a happy driveway/ walkway .Dakota always communicated with me answered all my questions concerns no surprises .
I've happily gave Segal Concretes number to my neighbors they all said they were impressed with the work and new driveway .

    Dakota and crew are very nice and easy to deal with.  Dakota will check job once concrete is poured to make sure customer is satisfied. We were.  Our goal was to get water away from the house and have concrete sloped high enough to do just that! Water slopes away now. They were on time and courteous and had our job done within 1/2 day, it was a small job. Max followed up as well and was nice enough to take time out of his Saturday morning to do some extra clean up work that was left behind, doing some power washing and wire brushing.     I'm a landlord with multiple homes in Denver and I have used various concrete companies over the years.  I just used Segal Concrete for the first time and I plan on using them exclusively in the future for my concrete needs.  This time around I needed a new sidewalk poured, and also some oddly placed existing concrete cut out, keeping the surrounding concrete area in the driveway in good shape.     SEGAL concrete listened to my creative concrete flatwork ideas.  Instead of having a drab gray driveway, I watched some HGTV show and designed my own driveway design with a dark smoke color and granite stones between.  They had to pour 6" deep and connect the pads with rebar below the surface since I'm on a slight slope.  The price is higher than normal but I'm so pleased with the outcome!

    Fast and affordable work. Super professional job. They bid the job and completed in 3 days. They also made sure all debris was hauled away and swept the area spotless. Definitely would recommend them.

    Max and his team of three did an incredible job.  I took my time to find a great business at an affordable price.  Segal Concrete and Construction delivered exactly that.  My wife and I have been looking to get this done for a few years.  Thankfully, I found Segal Concrete and Max offered us a great price to get the job done.  Much lower than his competitors.  Max is very professional and reliable when it comes to communication with his clients.  He sees that each job is completed to his satisfaction, with the help from his team.  He quickly responded to our inquiry and showed up on time for each encounter.  We feel so lucky to have found Max and his team for not only their great work but also professionalism.     While we didn't choose Segal Concrete for our project we were very impressed with his estimate.  The only reason we picked another company was based on their use of rebar in our driveway as opposed to the wire mesh.     Max - the owner is super easy to talk to and was quick to get me a quote for our 6-car driveway replacement. I was recommended to him via a friend and am super thankful.
